• Training & Development : Onboarding new employees, developing training programs, and providing ongoing coaching to support career growth.
• Scheduling & Resource Allocation : Managing employee work schedules and ensuring adequate resources are available for daily operations.
• Communication : Clearly communicating expectations, providing updates, and serving as a bridge between employees and senior management.
• Conflict Resolution : Addressing and resolving workplace issues, conflicts, and employee concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Compliance & Policy Enforcement : Ensuring that team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Reporting & Record-Keeping : Documenting team performance, progress, attendance, and reporting relevant information to senior management.
