Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Quality Management System Support (IQA) specialist to lead IQA activities, analyze findings, and provide expert support on QMS queries. Requires 3+ years' experience in SEPG or software environments certified to CMMI or ISO 9001 : 2015, with proficiency in CMMI, ISO 9001 systems, and software development life cycles. Strong auditing and analytical skills, along with exceptional attention to detail and communication abilities, are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop comprehensive IQA checklists based on objectives and scope.
• Lead IQA activities including desk-checks and verification of artifacts from processes.
• Analyze evidence for IQA, draw conclusions, and prepare detailed findings and observations for communication to auditees and management.
• Drive follow-up verification of corrective actions and record implementation and effectiveness.
• Provide expert support on user queries regarding Quality Management systems and processes.
