Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries from customers.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers with account-related issues, complaints, and service requests.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating when necessary.
  • Support administrative tasks such as processing forms, applications, or payments.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ’A’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
