Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries from customers.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with account-related issues, complaints, and service requests.
- Record and update customer interactions in the system accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating when necessary.
- Support administrative tasks such as processing forms, applications, or payments.
Requirements
