Job Description
- Applicant preferably with more that three years driving experience.
- Assist with transferring Patients from and to hospitals, homes, nursing homes, and dialysis centres.
- Assist the Medical Assistants in transferring patients on wheelchairs or medical stretchers.
- To be service-oriented as we are a healthcare provider and often deal with the elderly or the disabled.
- As MTOs, we require you to be physically fit.
- You should not have any outstanding traffic offences or pending court cases (clean record preferred).
2. Salary and other benefits :
Attractive salary package (depending on your experience / certifications)Plus, incentive with CPF contribution and Overtime.Gross Salary Range is $2,300 to $2,500 per month (including incentive)MTOs can drive back their vehicle based on their performance.3. Work Schedule and Flexibility :
Standard Schedule :
Monday to Saturday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (0800hrs to 1700hrs).6-day work week with alternating Saturdays off.Rotational Shift Option :
8-hour day / afternoon / night shifts.Five Day - Work Week.Additional allowance.On-call / extended hours : Requires flexibility to work before and after regular hours for dialysis cases, suggesting the potential for unpredictable work hours.
4. Required / Desired Skills and Qualifications :
Defensive Driving Certificate, AED, CPR, SFA : These certifications are highly valued and demonstrate preparedness for emergencies and patient care.Training : The company will arrange the necessary training for candidates without certifications.On-the-job training : There are immediate vacancies with on-the-job training.Class 3 Driving License :Tell employers what skills you have
