The prospective candidate should have 5 + years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and be in Singapore to work at the client location

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and customise Employee Central to meet specific business needs.
• Ensure alignment with HR business requirements and best practices.
• Oversee the maintenance and support of Employee Central applications.
• Implement updates and enhancements to improve system functionality.
• Analyse current HR processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to ensure process alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to minimise operational disruptions.
• Document and track issues to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of Employee Central functionalities.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing any queries or issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and maintenance activities.
