About the Role
As an Key Accounts Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and nurturing client relationships while ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Business Development, you’ll act as the vital link between clients and internal teams.
This is more than just a client-facing role. You’ll be planning, coordinating, and overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects, from brief to delivery, ensuring everything is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute end-to-end project delivery across multiple client accounts
- Build strong rapport with both new and existing clients to ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet project requirements and deadlines
- Conduct site recces and perform research to support new projects
- Handle project documentation, including invoicing and data entry into the MRP system
- Ensure quality control across all deliverables, with proper checks and approvals before release
- Continuously recommend and implement process improvements for greater efficiency
- Provide exceptional service and act as a trusted point of contact for clients

Diploma / Degree holder with minimum 2 years of relevant experienceExperience in client servicing, customer relations or project management is a plusProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong multitasking and time-management abilitiesSingaporean citizen or PR preferredCandidates with no direct experience but a keen interest in client servicing are also welcome to applyWhy Join Us?
