The Opportunity

The Junior Machine Learning Engineer position is a part of the Global IT Department, which is directly overseen by the Group’s CIO. Our team currently comprises of over 40 IT, software, and data professionals primarily based in Shanghai, Singapore, and Moerdijk (the Netherlands). With our IT presence in Singapore rapidly expanding, we are excited to invite you to join our team!

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop, train, and deploy ML models as production-ready microservices using Python on Azure / Databricks
• Work closing with data scientists and data engineers to prepare, clean, and version data for model deployment
• Analyze and prioritize the company's key challenges, applying the 80 / 20 principle to focus efforts on high-impact problems.
• Foster a culture of learning and innovation by documenting processes, results, and data products to ensure transparency, reusability, and organizational knowledge sharing.
