Roles & Responsibilities
Location : Changi Business Park – With Pick up in Tanah Merah, Jurong East, YCK, Punggol (Morning & Evening) / If drive, free parking, Lunch shuttle also provided
Salary : Up to $4000
Job Scope :
- To handle and manage daily operation and rectifications of faults, conduct regular audits of building and M&E facilities and works, ensure quality works are carried out on time schedule.
- Attend to all service requests such as changing faulty lightings, ceiling boards and other repair works in premises.
- To plan and oversee the appointed contractors in maintenance and repair works, ensure works are completed as per contract requirements. Physically inspect and approve work permits for all kind of activities performed by contractors, work closely with contractors to perform preventive maintenance and system troubleshooting and ensuring good Safety / GMP practices are compiled.
- To assist the Engineering Manager to implement the quality maintenance program and comply with regulatory requirement, Almac global policies and EHS requirement.
- Respond and attend to emergency calls and / or faults during office hours, after office hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Management of Assets and Equipment inclusive of spare parts inventory, monitoring of the stock card for use of consumables e.g. air filters.
- Monitor and carry out daily routine checks on operations of building facilities (e.g. M&E, BMS System) in accordance with Authority requirements.
- To effectively communicate with internal stakeholders from executive management, internal business units, clients, external supplier partners and vendors.
- Conduct engineering investigation for Quality related deviations and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement as well as implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance performance level and improve robustness to meet cGMP requirement and optimization of efficiency.
- Any other duties as assigned by the immediate Superior from time to time.
Requirements :
