Job descriptionBachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Prior experience or strong interest in firmware, BIOS, embedded systems, or hardware-software integration. Familiarity with Intel ME / AMT or similar firmware platforms is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Self-motivated and willing to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies. Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Firmware Analysis Engineer :
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform issue analysis related to Intel ME / AMT (Manageability Engine / Active Management Technology) solutions across host systems, docking stations, and BIOS environments.
- Learn and keep up to date with Intel platform-related technologies, including EMA (Endpoint Management Assistant) servers and vPro AMT over Dock.
- Ensure ongoing maintenance and security updates of Intel ME firmware.
- Coordinate and communicate firmware-related topics with internal departments, customers, and suppliers.
