The team creates a fun, warm and friendly shopping experience throughout the store by sharing their product knowledge and enthusiasm with our customers helping to answer questions, offering suggestions and walking our customers to the products they are searching for. Every one of our team members ensures our customers know that they are always welcomed and cared for here at Little Farms.

Role of Butcher Specialist :

• Provide professional and friendly service, ensure that customers are acknowledged and served quickly and efficiently
• Perform basic meat cutting functions including trimming, deboning, slicing and portioning
• Weigh, label and price various cuts of meat
• Arrange products in accordance to storage condition and temperature requirements
• Able to oversee the butchery counter operations in the absence of Head Butcher
• Maintain daily production and temperature records
• Demonstrate inventory control and stock checks
• Maintain high standards of hygiene
• Comply with safety and hygiene policies and procedures, according to government regulations
