Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and lead the site safety team and subcontractors in the implementation of company's safety systems.
- Liaise closely with site operations staff and project manager on all safety and health issues.
- To supervise safety and promote safety conduct.
- To inspect and rectify any unsafe place of work.
- To correct any unsafe practice;
- Conduct regular safety inspection / audits to identify safety and health hazards and conduct safety gap analysis.
- Assist in accident reporting and investigations as well as tool-box meetings.
- Assist in all areas of safety planning and incident prevention.
- Assist in ISO OHSAS 45001 and ISO 14001 audits.
- Attend to any government agencies, insurance companies, auditors etc.
- Any other duties as stipulated in WSH Act.
Requirements :
MOM registered WSHO.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building & construction.Possess good communication skills.Good knowledge in ISO OHSAS 45001 and ISO 14001Able to work across all departments and functions.Knowledge of the construction industry activitiesTell employers what skills you have
