Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Support the sales team in driving sales of our public speaking curriculum package through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing client relationships.
- Assist in conducting thorough needs assessments to understand prospective clients' requirements and help tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Aid in delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our curriculum package.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
- Follow up with clients to ensure attendance at trial classes and provide additional support as needed.
- Generate leads during down time.
Requirements :
A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the education or curriculum sales industry.Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Thrives in a sales-driven environment.Proficient in English and other languages, with excellent communication skills.Able to commit on both weekends.Fresh Graduates are welcomePay : $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
