Job Responsibilities :
1. Manage full spectrum of procurement activities including :
2. Maintain good relationship with suppliers.
3. Work with different department for demand planning and ordering of inventory for various brands.
4. Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure cashflow is in-line with project through timely.
5. Evaluate and negotiate contract terms on pricing and product quality.
6. Coordinate between suppliers and internal departments / project teams to ensure specifications are met and compliance with client requirements.
7. Responsible for the performance of vendors, procurement planning, product quality and timely delivery.
8. Any other ad-hoc activities as assigned by superior.
