About the Role
You will play a key role in driving KIN’s commercial growth by converting opportunities into secured projects across sports, experiential, and destination builds . This position requires a results-oriented professional with strong commercial instincts, creative proposal skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales efforts from lead generation to contract closure.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline for sports and experiential projects.
- Prepare proposals, budgets, and presentations aligned with client goals.
- Pitch and negotiate with clients, sponsors, and agencies.
- Identify new business and partnership opportunities in tourism and events.
- Track and report sales performance and market intelligence.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.5–8 years of proven experience in sales or business development within events, media, or hospitality sectors.Strong proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer
