Research Engineer, CFAR, IHPC

We are seeking an exceptional research engineer with experience in foundation models / LLMs / VLMs and software engineering, coupled with strong self-motivation to aim for fundamental breakthroughs in advancing the science and engineering of intelligence. The engineer will work on long-term, ambitious research in reasoning and learning in foundation models.

Requirements :

Degree in Computer Science or AI

Prior research experience with foundation models (incl. LLMs and VLMs)

Strong research publication record

Strong programming and / or software engineering experience with Pytorch or Tensorflow, etc.

Familiarity with RL, computer vision, NLP or robotics

Startup or private sector research / software engineering experience would be a plus
