- Location : Jurong East
- Permanent Role + AWS + VB + 18AL
Job Responsibilities :
Account Management (70%)
Manage and grow existing accounts within the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries , focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, compliance, and retention.Handle RFQs, inquiries, and ensure timely, accurate communication with clients.Oversee account performance, project implementation, and adherence to SOPs.Manage receivables follow-up to ensure prompt payments.New Business Development (30%)
Prospect and secure new clients, with emphasis on the semiconductor and pharmaceutical sectors , to expand market share.Prepare tailored proposals and presentations for potential customers.Support strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Requirements :
