Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
- As a key member of the leadership team, you will report directly to the Principal and play a central role in shaping the strategic direction and daily operations of the preschool. You will contribute to curriculum planning and staff development by mentoring educators on pedagogy, teaching methods, and the effective use of educational tools and resources.
- In this role, you will lead efforts to strengthen parent engagement, community partnerships, and talent management. You will also oversee the efficient use of center resources, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and expense management.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing center-wide programs, events, and initiatives, while ensuring smooth and effective administrative operations.
Requirements :
Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE) or a Degree in Early Childhood EducationDiploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership (DPL) is a plus, but not required3–5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership roleStrong understanding of ECDA regulations and the Early Years Development Framework (EYDF)Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsPassionate about child development and early childhood educationWe regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
