Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

1. Project Coordination & Site Management

  • Oversee and coordinate on-site activities, particularly those related to mechanical works and QA / QC compliance.
  • Attend site meetings to represent project interests and ensure alignment with project goals and safety standards.
  • Supervise and schedule subcontractors to ensure timely, accurate, and specification-compliant work execution.

2. Technical Review & Documentation

  • Review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation to identify discrepancies, variation works, and potential issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ), quotations, and other project-related documentation.
  • Manage and prepare necessary work permits to ensure uninterrupted project progress.

    • 3. General Support & Ad-Hoc Duties

  • Provide assistance to the project manager or supervisor in daily operations and perform other duties as required to support overall project execution.

    • Job Requirements :

  • Inexperienced candidates are welcomed.
  • At least diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Solid understanding of M&E systems, including piping and cable installation, particularly within factory environments and semiconductor facilities.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry or general M&E construction design is advantageous.
  • Proactive, independent, and solutions-driven individual with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., BCSS, Work at Height) is an added advantage.
