Roles & Responsibilities :
- Support daily clerical functions including document tracking, digital filing, and general team coordination.
- Liaise with external partners for maintenance, repairs, and supplies management.
- Address inquiries and service requests from tenants and stakeholders via calls, emails, or internal platforms.
- Oversee office asset upkeep, including supply inventory, equipment servicing, and replenishment routines.
- Maintain access management systems and help track visitor entries, security tags, and vehicle pass distributions.
Requirements :
Diploma and aboveAt least 3 years’ hands-on experience in a comparable facilities support role.Strong interpersonal abilities and clear communication skills.Self-driven, reliable, and adaptable with a strong sense of collaboration.Comfortable juggling several tasks in a time-sensitive environment.Salary : $3,000 to $4,000
