Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Monitor and evaluate team members to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
• Provide training to new and existing employees, offering ongoing support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Create and adjust team schedules to ensure adequate staffing and meet operational demands.
• Address any workplace conflicts or operational problems, ensuring smooth team functioning.
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Regularly report team performance and any issues to upper management for further action or improvement.
