Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee all body and paint operations to achieve profitability targets.
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards and insurance requirements for quality, deadlines, and claims.
• Manage in-house contractors to maintain high repair quality and meet brand / contractual obligations.
• Lead the team to achieve business objectives, promoting continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
