Roles & Responsibilities
The National University Health System (NUHS) Regional Health System Office (RHSO) is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient candidate to support our operations team. The key responsibilities include :
1. Administrative Coordination and Meeting Management
- Maintain and update comprehensive clinical staff rosters, including leave schedules and on-call arrangements for clinicians, administrators, and allied health professionals
- Coordinate and manage logistics for regular clinical and leadership meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, and follow-up actions
- Manage complex calendars for leadership team, ensuring efficient time management
2. Training and Development Support
Coordinate training plans with internal stakeholders and external vendors for RHSO staffManage training records, track Continuing Professional Education (CPE) points, and facilitate CPE point applicationsDocument and report on training programs and progressProcess EPIC system access requests for staff3. Office and Facility Management
Liaise with Facility Management, vendors, and CIFO to address and resolve office maintenance issues promptlyProcess monthly bills and claims, ensuring timely submission for paymentConduct comprehensive office orientations for new hires, including safety and security briefingsManage office access control for staff across RHSO locationsSupport weekend community health events as neededRequirements :
Diploma in any discipline2+ years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in healthcare settingsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong communication skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to work at various NUHS cluster locations as requiredTell employers what skills you have
