Duties : Identify and target

potential clients (companies)

Build and

maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Understand clients' hiring needs, industry trends, and

business goals.

Conduct regular follow-ups to

ensure client satisfaction.

repare and present

recruitment service proposals and contracts.

Analyze client industry needs to tailor recruitment

solutions.

Other adhoc duties as assigned
