Construction Supervisor - RADO PILING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

Site Supervision : Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth workflow. Monitor construction activities to ensure project schedules and deadlines are met. Ensure workmanship aligns with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordination Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Allocate tasks to site workers and monitor performance. Attend and conduct site coordination meetings. Safety & Compliance : Enforce safety policies and procedures on site. Ensure all workers follow Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations. Report and rectify hazards or unsafe practices. Resource & Material Management

Check and verify delivery of materials.

Ensure proper use of equipment and minimize material wastage.

Keep records of material stock, manpower, and equipment Quality Control

Inspect and approve works at different stages of construction.

Highlight and resolve any technical discrepancies or defects.

Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory standards. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare daily / weekly site progress reports.

Maintain site diaries, inspection checklists, and incident records.

Support the project manager in the submission of documentation to authorities. A Construction Supervisor ensures that site work progresses on schedule, within budget, safely, and in compliance with quality standards.

Construction Supervisor Requirements :

• High school diploma or similar.
• A bachelor's degree in construction, business, management, or engineering is preferred.
• Experience in the construction industry is required.
• Experience in a leadership role is recommended.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
