With a strong reputation for quality and customer service, we are now looking to expand our team with a reliable and detail-oriented Admin and Finance Executive to support senior management and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Position Overview

The Admin and Finance Executive will work closely with the Managing Director, handling a variety of administrative, finance and office coordination tasks . This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Management

• Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility needs.
• Support HR-related functions like payroll, leave tracking, onboarding, and record-keeping.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
