The Project Manager - Change Management Specialist

The Project Manager - Change Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the deliverables and the successful execution of projects. This role requires a candidate who is adept at managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations. The individual will ensure that all project outputs meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time and within scope.

The change management role that this position will need to undertake will be for developing and implementing change management strategies that support new / existing data projects, system migrations, and process improvements whilst ensuring minimal disruption to data operations and stakeholder adoption.

Project Management

• Lead and manage projects, from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and ensure the successful completion of the project.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring that impacts are communicated and mitigated effectively.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
