Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to expand the company's consulting and manpower services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client accounts both locally and overseas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term cooperation.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify business growth opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients and partners.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage and oversee the recruitment service process, including client communication and placement follow-up.
• Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and business negotiations.
• Monitor and evaluate business performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant manpower and business regulations.
