HUB Distributors was incorporated in 1988 and has grown from a humble beginning of 4 vehicles to a full-fledged logistics company in the supply chain industry. Backed by a dedicated and committed team, the company is confident to meeting all customers’ logistics and distribution needs With HUB Distributors as our parent company that oversees the end-to-end process, we have 2 other subsidiary companies. HUB Logistics and HUB Express, specializing in transporting big items and small parcels respectively.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible to ensure that all customer deliveries are fulfilled

2. Plan and assign the routes for all truckers for daily deliveries

3. Ensure all truckers are aware of specific customer requirements

4. Prioritize urgent requests and ensure deliveries are made on time

5. Monitor truckers’ movement to ensure customer’s request are met on a daily basis (via GPS cartrack and status)

6. Investigate and resolve all delivery discrepancies soonest

7. Ensure all documentation (delivery note / delivery list) are properly signed and acknowledged by customers

8. Generate weekly / monthly reports on truckers’ performance

9. Monitor and control truckers’ Overtime on a weekly basis

10. Provide information for Customer Service to create Run Sheet template for all truckers

11. Hands on driving and delivery when manpower is down for attendants and drivers
