Our client is a well-established Payment Tech firm and they are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Cybersecurity Manager to lead security initiatives within a fast-paced fintech environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and protecting digital assets against evolving cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, implement, and manage cybersecurity policies, frameworks, and best practices to protect fintech platforms and customer data.
  • Monitor, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks, ensuring robust protection against threats such as phishing, malware, and data breaches.
  • Lead incident response efforts, conducting forensic investigations and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and product teams to integrate security measures into application development and infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., MAS, PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001) and industry best practices.
  • Provide security training and awareness programs to employees and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry trends to enhance security strategies.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably within fintech, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, encryption technologies, and cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with SIEM, IDS / IPS, firewalls, endpoint protection, and security monitoring tools.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment, security audits, and compliance management.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
