Engineer Internship - Verification and Validation

The Global V&V department operates as a borderless department with teams based in both Sydney and Singapore. Forming part of the product development team, the team ensures ResMed products meet our customers’ and patients’ needs as well as the regulatory and quality standards in various markets.

Based from office location 1 FUSIONOPOLIS PLACE, #06-23, GALAXIS, SINGAPORE and under the guidance of a supervisor, you will work on real world engineering and business problems within our Verification and Validation (V&V) team – Product Development.

Let’s talk about the role :

The role entails collaborating across product development teams to ensure the design meets the needs of the technical requirements, as well as the needs of our customers. Among other duties, you will be responsible for implementing test methodologies and collaborating on solving for automation and other complex engineering tasks to ensure a faster design feedback loop.

In this 20-week program, our aim is to provide a professionally fulfilling and supportive introduction into the world of engineering and show you how we can shape the future of healthcare together. Upon completion of the internship, there may be opportunities to be offered an ongoing position with ResMed.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities

• To support the team achieve project deliverables and milestones
• To work with Product Development teams in the early phases of development planning and performing Exploratory testing
• Perform testing and data analysis with appropriate support
• Identify and investigate root cause of test anomalies and failures with assistance
• Raise, highlight and identify design issues found during verification
• Improve work flow and test efficiency, such as test and reporting automation
• Suggest improvements and efficiencies
