Personal Assistant to Wellon Chou
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant (PA) to support Wellon Chou , Singapore’s leading Memory Expert, Entrepreneur, and Founder of brands such as Mofunland, Neurobix Method, and Super Child Club .
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a visionary leader who is driving innovation across education, brain training, and entertainment sectors.
You’ll be the right hand to Mr. Chou — helping him manage day-to-day operations, events, partnerships, and communications while maintaining a smooth workflow across multiple projects and business entities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage Wellon’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business and personal matters with discretion.
- Track to-do lists, deadlines, and project follow-ups across multiple teams.
- Handle general correspondence, emails, and calendar management.
2. Project & Event Coordination
Support planning and execution of key events such as training workshops, Mofunland competitions, and partnership meetings.Liaise with internal teams (marketing, operations, education) to ensure tasks are completed on time.Prepare presentation materials, reports, and proposals as required.3. Brand & Content Support
Assist in managing social media schedules, content postings, and engagement tracking.Coordinate video shoots, media appearances, and promotional collaborations.Support the creation of courseware, event decks, and marketing collaterals.4. Communication & Relationship Management
Serve as a liaison between Wellon and partners, clients, and sponsors.Draft professional emails, proposals, and meeting notes.Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in Singapore and overseas.5. Personal Assistance
Handle day-to-day personal errands and logistics when needed.Ensure Wellon’s time and priorities are managed effectively.Support with travel bookings, event attendance, and hospitality coordination.Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Project Coordinator.Excellent command of English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Tech-savvy with experience using Google Workspace, Canva, WhatsApp Business, and social media tools.Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Passion or interest in education, events, or creative industries is a strong advantage.Work Details
