Job descriptionPreferably holds ITEC / WSQ certification or other recognized massage certification. Successful candidates without will be required to obtain the appropriate certification within 6 months of employment. Able and flexible to work on weekends / public holidays / after office hours. Customer oriented with a pleasant personality. Able to effectively communicate in multiple languages is an advantage. Training will be provided for successful candidates without prior experience. Employment subject to approval to work as a Spa Therapist by the SPF.

- To deliver a variety of spa services (body and foot treatments / massages) in a professional and safe manner.
- To uphold and maintain the highest customer service standards of the Spa.
- In the delivery of the Spa’s treatments, to ensure conformance to the highest health and safety regulations, and to the additional hygiene standards set by the Spa.
- To be knowledgeable of the services provided, and to effectively respond to customer queries, needs, and expectations.
