Senior Sales Manager - PDR GROUP (SEA) PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is looking for dynamic individuals who are keen to join their sales team. You will get to join one of Singapore’s premier hotels and take charge of driving memorable events and high-value sales.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to set clear, measurable sales targets aligned with the hotel’s overall business objectives.
• Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new accounts in the MICE segment, in line with the hotel's strategic financial and market mix goals.
• Maintain strong market visibility and client engagement through direct sales activities, including face-to-face meetings, calls, emails, and written correspondence.
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates as required.
• Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned by management to support the success of the department and hotel.
