As a Service Specialist (Washroom) at Rentokil Initial, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall maintenance of washroom facilities at client locations. Your role will involve:
- Conducting regular inspections of washroom areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Restocking and maintaining supplies such as soaps, sanitizers, and toilet paper.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any washroom-related concerns promptly.
- Managing waste disposal and ensuring sanitary bins are regularly emptied and cleaned.
- Documenting service activities and reporting any issues to the Service Supervisor.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of “N” levels or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to hygiene and cleanliness.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work on-site at various client locations.
