We are a young, dynamic start-up in the grooming & outdoor lifestyle industry, with products already selling across Southeast Asia. Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada
- Plan and execute platform campaigns and promotional activities
- Optimize product listings, keywords, and store performance
- Analyze platform data (traffic, conversion, ROI) and prepare reports
- Work with KOLs / creators and design teams on content marketing and ad campaigns
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Provide insights and propose strategies to increase sales and brand visibility
Requirements
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)1–2 years of e-commerce operations experience (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada)Familiar with platform rules, backend tools, and campaign setupExperience in digital advertising or influencer / KOL collaborations is a plusStrong analytical skills, able to work with numbers and make data-driven decisionsGood communication and teamwork skillsBilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with regional teams and factories)Salary & Benefits
