Human Capital Management,Leadership + Management

• A degree from a recognized university, preferably in human resource or business-related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in managing multi-disciplinary HR teams in high tech segment
• Must be well conversant in English and Japanese and full hand on experience to start up Japan office
• Strong and proven HR leader with strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills to deal effectively with senior colleagues in all parts of the organisation
• Possesses deep expertise in HR Audit, compensation and benefits design, policy, and process setting / re-design
• Must be familiar with the local employment laws and regulations in APAC especially in Japan.
