Roles & Responsibilities

Salary : From $3000 - $5000+Incentives+AWS (Based on experience)

Working Hours : 44 Hrs

Location : Islandwide

Key Duties :

• Oversee daily operations by supervising both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Recruit, train, and develop new staff to maintain service excellence.
• Prepare and manage weekly duty rosters to ensure sufficient manpower coverage.
• Drive sales performance through effective operational execution and service standards.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock for daily operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
