Data Analysis Engineer (Manufacturing | Perm)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Lead data analysis efforts for both customer and internal teams focused on H-M Matching and HDD optimization
• Isolate and evaluate the impact of Head and Media components on HDD performance
• Identify Key Process Input Variables (KPIVs) and Media Parameters affecting HDD pass rates, error codes, and defect rates
• Develop predictive models for HDD performance during media development using KPIV / Parameter matrices
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to communicate analysis results and findings
• Support RTV failure analysis (FA) and work with internal teams on root cause identification and corrective actions
