Job descriptionDiploma or above; overseas study / work experience preferred. 2+ years in a study abroad agency; familiar with Singapore’s international / public / private schools. Strong sales and communication skills; responsible and professional. Able to research school info in English. Social media skills are a plus. Able to work under pressure and learn quickly.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide study abroad consulting services based on company guidelines.
- Understand client background and needs to design suitable study plans.
- Assist students in preparing and submitting application and visa materials.
- Maintain and follow up with clients, develop new leads, and meet performance targets.
- Support brand promotion and attend company marketing events.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents — most clients are from China, so the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both students and their parents is important.
Job Requirements :
Working Hours : Monday to Friday : 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM
Saturday and Sunday : Off
Work Location : Macpherson MRT
