MRT)

Working days & hours : Mon-Fri, 8.30am

to 6pm

Salary

range :

Technical Officer (Up to

$3000)

Senior Technical Officer (Up to

$4100)

Car allowance $750 / Motor Allowance

$400 / Company Van $150 (By reimbursement basis) + AWS +

VB

Requirements :

Require hands-on experience in maintenance and

troubleshooting of at least 1 of the following systems OR in

facilities management : CCTV System, Access Control System (ACS),

Intrusion Detection System (IDS)

Require min

class 3 licence, possession of own car / motorbike is

preferred

Require G50 clearance (Cat2A) for

access to military camps for work

Willing to

commit to rotational standby duties for activations outside working

hours

Responsibilities :

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.

Liaise closely with client representatives on all

service / maintenance related issues.

Mentor a

team of service team members.

Assisting the supervisor in

employing teams on service deliveries and distribute

responsibilities.

Manage day-to-day client

interactions and expectations for optimal results.

Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely

delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service / maintenance of

security systems at clients' premises.

Ensure

that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety

and Health Act.

Perform any other technical

tasks as and when

required.
