Job scope :

• To setup n improve on the the efficient working process as a control point to maximize the team efficiency ..
• Be the contact point of contract term review, order management and execution, goods delivery arrangement, and inventory stock review
• Experienced in processing POs and LCs
• Assisting the Sales Team and Managers in planning, scheduling, sending reminders, organizing, and coordinating functions relation to the operation of the business
• Support sales team, finance team, and key department of the company to ensure seamless operation flow
• Work closely with Service, Sales, Product Marketing and other functional areas to support the sales team’s success..
• Coordinates with key departments to achieve optimal work production across the board.
• Be responsible of the cost / margin analysis for the project bidding approval
