Patient Care Ambassador

The role of a Patient Care Ambassador involves guiding and assisting patients with directions and clinic flow.

This includes providing ushering and crowd management support to facilitate smooth patient journeys.

Assisting with the mobility needs of patients, including operating a stair climber after receiving training is also part of this role.

Patient Care Ambassadors will possess a minimum GCE qualification, be friendly, patient, and service-oriented.

They should have good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as be able to work independently as part of a team.
