Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary :

Role : Business Analyst

Start : ASAP

Duration : 12 Months

Location : Singapore

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong expertise in Capital Markets, particularly in Fixed Income Analytics, Derivatives, and Bonds. The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of Python to support data analysis and prototyping efforts. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Requirements :

  • Strong domain knowledge in Capital Markets, especially Fixed Income Analytics, Derivatives, and Bonds.
  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with Equity fundamentals.
  • Experience with prototyping tools and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working in agile environments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Capital Markets.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within financial institutions or investment firms.

    • Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and document business requirements related to Capital Markets, focusing on Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Bonds.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Utilize Python for data analysis, prototyping, and automation of reporting tasks.
  • Support the development and enhancement of BI tools and dashboards.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to improve business processes and systems.
  • Assist in testing and validation of implemented solutions.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
