Job descriptionBachelor’s degree or higher in Manufacturinh Engineering, Materials Science or releated experiences Minimum 8- 10 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, including at least 2 - 3 years in factory management. Proven experience in factory setup and production ramp-up is highly advantageous All information will be treated with strictest confidence. Responsibilities
- Lead and organize the production team to achieve targets for capacity, yield, and cost.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Establish reporting protocols and monitor abnormal events to maintain low defect rates during mass production.
