Role
Overview :
This role supports the
Business Team by managing media and
marketing initiatives, while also handling operations to ensure
smooth processes and enhance business
growth.
Key
Responsibilities : Media
& Marketing :
Create and manage content for social media, campaigns,
and promotional materials to attract and retain clients (Posts,
Reels, etc).
Coordinate with internal teams
and external vendors for media production.
Track engagement and provide insights to improve
marketing effectiveness.
Ensure all
communications reflect the centre's brand and
values.
Operations :
Respond to operations-related enquiries from clients,
parents, and staff professionally and promptly.
Support scheduling and general operational
coordination.
Plan and coordinate events such
as holiday camps and other centre activities.
Escalate issues to relevant team members and follow up to
resolution.
Help improve operational processes
based on enquiry trends and feedback, using insights to inform
content, messaging, and promotional
strategies.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Media, Marketing, Business,
Administration, Communications, or related field.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication
skills.
Experience in content creation and
social media management.
Professional and
friendly approach when handling clients.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work
independently.
Ability to work on weekends
during peak business periods (5 day work
week).
