Responsibilities :
Lead and guide service crew during daily operations to
ensure smooth customer flow.
Assign tasks and
monitor performance of service staff during shifts.
Assist in training new crew members on service procedures
and restaurant standards.
Support order
taking, food serving, table clearing, and maintain overall dining
area cleanliness.
Handle basic customer
feedback and escalate issues to Restaurant Manager when
necessary.
Coordinate with kitchen team to
ensure timely delivery of orders.
Assist with
inventory checks and ensure sufficient supplies for daily
operations.
Ensure hygiene and safety
standards are followed by all service
staff.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or team
leader role in F&B service.
Good
leadership and communication skills.
Ability
to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a small
team.
Knowledge of basic food hygiene and
service standards.
