Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, assess, and engage with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms that align with organizational goals.
- Efficiently handle purchase requisitions and generate accurate purchase orders in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Monitor industry trends, supplier markets, and procurement best practices to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
- Provide support to supervisors, contribute to team objectives, and proactively recommend improvements to procurement processes.
Qualifications and Requirements :
A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain operations.Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess vendor proposals and interpret procurement data.Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of handling evolving responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.Tell employers what skills you have
