► Accounts Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform accounts payable duties, including issuing payments and conducting accounts payable reconciliations.
• Handle expense-related tasks such as managing petty cash, processing salaries, maintaining fixed assets records, and preparing audit schedules.
• Perform accounts receivable duties, including bank and AR reconciliations, and resolving payment issues from external vendors.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma holder (preferably in Accountancy and/or Finance) with relevant experience are welcomed to apply.
• A team player who is self-motivated, service-oriented, and has a pleasant disposition.
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in Chinese (reading and writing) is required to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and handle documentation
