Job descriptionBachelordegree in any discipline, with at least 8 years of volunteermanagement experience, preferably in healthcare. Able to think critically and strategically, with strongconceptual and analytical abilities. Strongplanning, project management and organisational skills. Able to work well with others, to foster buy-in andcollaboration. Good verbal and writtencommunication skills. Microsoft office.(Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience instrategic planning and / or programme development would beadvantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategy tobuild network of volunteers to support population healthwork.
- Lead in building a network of volunteerswith community partners to support health promotionactivities.
- Lead a team to recruit, managevolunteers and deploy them to suitable volunteeractivities.
- Develop training material andconduct training for volunteers.
- Develop andimplement new programmes for volunteers to support health promotionand community care.
- Any otherduties.
