Key Responsibilities :

• Collate Purchase Requisitions for materials ordering;
• Issue PO to Supplier or Vendors;
• Review inventories according to orders required;
• Responsible for handling all IN / OUT bound documents and permit for overseas;
• Review Suppliers & Vendors deliveries against PO on daily Basis;
• Handle CN from Supplier;
• Work closely with accounts for payment;
• Manage FA and Non FA Goods Administration to Finance;
• Handle all paper work related to Purchasing or tasks given by HOD.
